The operations platform behind a two-state service company

A pest-control operator running crews across Houston and Detroit needed one place for everything: employee onboarding with e-signatures and background checks, scheduling data, commission calculations and payroll logic across multiple pay tiers. I built and run that platform — and when something breaks at 6 a.m., I'm the one who fixes it.

MUFASOFT is a registered Finnish software business based in Joensuu — one experienced builder, not an agency with account managers between you and the person doing the work.

Behind it are years of shipping and running production systems: enterprise ERPs, payroll engines, operations platforms, e-commerce tooling and field apps, for companies from Texas to Dubai. I've spent my career on software where a mistake costs real money — which is exactly why I don't make careless ones.
